Gloria Gelo is a contemporary abstract artist, designer, and instructor working in mixed media. Captivated by nature's seasonal shifts and organic forms, she explores the interplay between shape, balance, and composition. Her work is characterized by elegant simplicity, a modern graphic edge, and a sensitive color palette anchored in the natural world.
Through painting, photography, collage, and printmaking, she creates refined abstract works that invite quiet contemplation—art for curated spaces and thoughtful collectors. Her creative exploration is always evolving, yet her focus remains on challenging conventional ideas of design and composition.
Gloria also teaches online courses to help creatives unlock their artistic confidence. She studied fine art in Ohio and now works from her studio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
